Harvest Wine & Food Event in New Jersey

BY Editor, October 27, 2017

If you love wine than you may have heard of some of the events hosted by Garden State Wine Growers in New Jersey.  On October 28th, they are teaming up with Culinary Arts Institute and Hudson County Office of Cultural Heritage Affairs in Jersey City to host a harvest wine and food event. Attendees can enjoy wine sampling from at least six New Jersey wineries along with food pairings, wine tutorials and live music from 1 – 6 p.m. Each ticket is $25, and you’ll receive a wristband and a free wine glass, which you will pick up on the day of the event.

Garden State Wine Growers hosts many events throughout the tri-state area.  They are a coalition of over 50 wineries, vineyards, grape growers and industry-related companies across the state of New Jersey. The association also serves as an educational and informational resource for current and prospective grape growers, with a goal of improving the quality and quantity of grapes and wine being produced in New Jersey.  You can check out their other upcoming events here.

If you can’t make it to any upcoming events but are looking for a great wine store in Jersey City, we suggest Super Buy Rite Liquors, Madame Claude Wine and Cool Vines.
